The SANY gas generator line currently offers two units — SYL0250DGJ1 and SYL0270DGJ1 — built for sites already fed by pipeline natural gas or on-site biogas. Switching to gaseous fuel cuts both energy cost and exhaust emissions compared with a diesel equivalent, suiting farms, biogas plants, wastewater works and industrial parks with a stable gas supply.
Both gensets run a six-cylinder Deutz N13S3 gas engine at 1500 rpm with electronic speed control, rated at 250 and 270 kW respectively at 50 Hz, and share one footprint of 4420 × 1810 × 2318 mm for simple skid and container installation. As with the diesel range, they connect to the SANY Smart Operation Platform for real-time data, remote alarms and fleet management.
Gas power is a strong fit for base-load and on-demand generation where fuel infrastructure already exists. SANY supports selection, gas-engine tuning and after-sales through its global dealer network, and can quote both units for parallel operation on a single site.
