SANY supplies the quay-to-yard container crane trio that equips a modern terminal: vessel discharge, flexible yard stacking and high-density rail-served storage. The three crane types work as one integrated handling chain.
The STS4101S ship-to-shore crane loads and discharges vessels at 41 t lift and 40 m outreach; the RTG5223S rubber-tyred gantry (41 t) stacks flexibly in the yard; and the RMG5508 rail-mounted gantry (40 t) serves dense rail-served blocks. All use intelligent container positioning, automatic spreader lock, electrical anti-sway and anti-torsion control, energy recycling and low-voltage reactive compensation, with hybrid drive on the RTG; a single terminal order has delivered 6 STS cranes and 20 RTGs.
