7.X–8.X MW Onshore Wind Turbine Platform
SANY 7.X–8.X MW onshore wind turbine platform — SI-19580 and SI-18572 at 8000 kW with a 195 m rotor, 3 m/s cut-in wind speed and IEC IIIB/S class for maximized energy capture.
Get A QuoteOverview
The SANY 7–8 MW onshore platform is engineered for maximum energy capture on large utility wind farms, where a single very-large turbine displaces several smaller machines and reduces balance-of-plant cost.
Rated power runs from 7200 to 8000 kW on a 195 m rotor, designed for IEC IIIB / S wind regimes. Two 8000 kW models — SI-19580 and SI-18572 — share the 195 m rotor and a 3 m/s cut-in wind speed, delivering high annual output per turbine.
Turbines at this size call for experienced erection planning and remote condition monitoring. SANY supports transport logistics, installation and long-term service through its wind network. Tell us your farm capacity and wind class for a proposal and quote.
