SANY skid-mounted alkaline water electrolyzer (AWE) units package the stack, balance-of-plant and purification onto a single skid, cutting site work and commissioning time. Two models — V-200 and V-500 — produce from 200 to 500 Nm³/h for pilot and mid-scale green hydrogen projects.
The modular design accepts a wide power fluctuation range for operation alongside variable renewables, and after purification the hydrogen reaches up to 99.999% purity. The units are CE-certified and built for high reliability, with specific DC consumption of 4.2–4.5 kWh/Nm³.
Skid units suit distributed hydrogen production for industry, mobility refuelling and research pilot plants where fast deployment matters.
