Overview

SANY hydrogen energy equipment covers the green-hydrogen value chain: alkaline water electrolysis for production, compression and dispensing hardware for refueling, and integrated hydrogen refueling stations. Production units scale from small skid-mounted pilots (V-200, V-500) to commercial electrolyzers (E-1000, E-1200, E-2000) delivering up to 2000 Nm³/h of hydrogen at 99.999% purity.

The hardware is built to couple with renewable power from wind and photovoltaic generation, producing low-carbon hydrogen for heavy-duty transport, industrial processes and energy storage. DC consumption runs from 4.2 kWh/Nm³, and factory-assembled skids cut civil works and on-site commissioning time for fast deployment of demonstration and commercial stations.

Integrated stations combine production (200–2000 Nm³/h), storage (580–1000 kg) and refueling (500–2000 kg/day) as one package. Typical uses are fuel-cell bus and truck refueling, industrial hydrogen for refining and chemicals, and renewable-power buffering. Projects are delivered with application engineering and after-sales support through SANY's global service network across 180+ countries.

Customisation & Applications

Systems are sized to project scale — from skid-mounted pilots for demonstration to commercial stations producing 2000 Nm³/h. Electrolyzers can be paired with wind or photovoltaic generation and battery storage to run on renewable power, while station layout, storage volume and dispensing pressure are matched to the target vehicle fleet.

Typical applications include hydrogen refueling for fuel-cell commercial vehicles and buses, industrial hydrogen supply for refining and chemicals, and renewable-energy buffering where surplus power is converted to hydrogen for storage or off-take.
