SANY mobile crushers are track-mounted crushing and screening plants built for quarrying, mining, recycling and earthworks. The range combines jaw, cone and impact crushers with mobile screens and scalpers, so a complete line can be moved, set up and running at a new face without a fixed foundation.
Jaw crushers take the largest feed sizes (up to 700 mm) for primary reduction, cone crushers deliver secondary shaping on hard rock, and impact crushers suit softer material such as limestone and recycled concrete. Output runs 150–450 t/h, with diesel and electric impact models offered to match site power availability and emission rules.
Plants can be matched into multi-stage lines, configured with conveyor lengths, dust suppression and weather protection. Typical uses cover hard-rock aggregates, recycled concrete, overburden processing, road-base production and demolition waste recycling. Equipment is delivered with application support and backed by genuine parts and service through more than 270 dealers across 180+ countries.
