Track-mounted screening and scalping units — SCSM1860 and SCSM1560C9 for 150 mm feed at 300 t/h, plus the SS15PD6 mobile scalper handling 500 mm feed at 450 t/h, with diesel-electric hybrid drive.
Get A QuoteOverview
SANY mobile screening equipment separates crushed rock and recycled material into saleable grades on site. The range pairs two screening plants — SCSM1860 and SCSM1560C9 — with the heavy-duty SS15PD6 mobile scalper.
The screening units handle up to 150 mm feed at 300 t/h, while the SS15PD6 scalper takes up to 500 mm feed at 450 t/h for pre-screening before a crusher. All three use diesel-electric hybrid drive, intelligent operating and travel control, and hydraulic lifting for fast setup; the SS15PD6 adds a chain-plate feeder and fully hydraulic drive.
Adding a screen or scalper ahead of a crusher protects it from fines and raises overall line throughput. SANY supports screening media, setup and after-sales through its global dealer network. Tell us your feed and desired product cuts for a screening setup and quote.
