Mining & Trucks — Load, Haul & Crush

Load, haul and crush in the harshest open-pit and underground environments — with electrified, autonomous equipment leading the transition.

Scenario Overview

Built for the Pit Cycle

Mining productivity is a loading-and-hauling cycle: the excavator loads, the truck hauls, the crusher processes — and SANY supplies all three links. Mining excavators run in the 100–400 t class, off-highway trucks span 41 to 220 t payload, and mobile jaw and cone plants reduce ore to saleable size without a fixed facility.

The fleet is going electric and autonomous. The 300 t-class SY3000E electric mining excavator made its overseas debut in Indonesia, and the SKT110Ei 110 t electric autonomous mining truck shipped to Southeast African mines, bringing zero-emission loading and haulage into the pit. Roadheaders and coal cutters drive tunnel and drift development, with drag conveyors moving muck underground.

Access roads, dumps and stockpiles are built with the same proven excavator families — the SY365H class handled granite terrain and 38 °C heat on the Sri Lanka Southern Railway. The whole mining fleet is specified, commissioned and supported through application engineering and the SANY service network across 180+ countries.

Typical Working Scenarios

Large and mining-class excavators match off-highway trucks in a tuned loading fleet. The 300 t-class SY3000E electric excavator now brings zero-emission loading to the pit, and the SKT110Ei electric autonomous truck removes operators from the haul cycle — both deployed overseas in 2026.

Roadheaders and coal cutters drive tunnel and drift development, while drag conveyors move the muck — engineered for the ventilation, clearance and safety constraints of underground workings.

Mobile jaw and cone plants follow the shovel face, reducing ore to saleable size without a fixed plant — shorter haul, faster commissioning, and easy relocation as the pit advances.

Access roads, dumps and stockpiles are built with the same proven excavator families — the SY365H class handled granite terrain and 38 °C heat on the Sri Lanka Southern Railway, conditions comparable to mine-site earthworks.
